Acknowledgment:

Cascade Greenery cannot guarantee product that has been improperly installed, including but not limited to installation in locations where product would be exposed to extreme heat such as fire pits or other places exposed to open flame and/or places where windows/surfaces would reflect sunlight onto any product. By completing your purchase, you are awknowledging and agreeing to our Return and Refund Policy.

Hold Harmless:

Customer on its own behalf and on behalf of its agents, representatives, successors and assigns, hereby releases, acquits, holds harmless and forever discharges Cascade Greenery, and each of its agents, representatives, present and former directors, officers and employees, attorneys, predecessors, successors, independent contractors and assigns from any and all rights, actions, claims, losses, defenses, demands, costs, contracts, allegations, liabilities, obligations, indemnities, contributions, damages to persons, injury, death and causes of action, whether in law or equity, resulting from or arising in connection with such possession, use, transportation, storage, loading, unloading and installation of the material.

Product Purchased for Installation:

Customer acknowledges that product purchased for installation by customer or 3rd party installer must be inspected for defects prior to installation. Defects in material that are visible, such as flat spots, color variance, creasing etc., need to be reported immediately to Cascade Greenery prior to installation. Cascade Greenery will not assume material cost (product) if the Customer or their installer failed to notify Cascade Greenery of such defects prior to installation. Cascade Greenery will not assume any re-installation cost for any reason.

Returns:

Cascade Greenery will only accept return of products within 30 days. Customers are responsible for paying shipping of the return to our corporate location. The customer will receive credit after Cascade Greenery inspects the goods (about 15 days of receipt of the return, if there is no dispute). If a return is authorized on a custom order, which authorization must be made in writing on Cascade Greenery stationery signed by an officer of Cascade Greenery, it will be subject to a restocking fee of thirty five percent (35%).
